Elements sessions are 1-on-1 with a CrossFit Cincinnati coach and targeted to ensure solid movement patterns and an understanding of CrossFit training methodology. Each session involves high-impact training and a workout with the coach!
In each 30 minute Elements session, you will work 1 on 1 with a coach who will demonstrate the foundational movements of CrossFit, review your range of motion, work capacity and teach you options to scale and modify movements safely and effectively.
Once you've learned the movements with your coach, you join the regular Crossfit classes and get to experience everything we have to offer for your fitness journey!
