New to Cincinnati or traveling for work? We would love to meet you! Come drop-in to a class and workout with us. We invite anyone with at least 3 months CF experience to use this option.
• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before and meet your coach to discuss any modifications and take a tour of our facility.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
