Crossfit kids is composed of elements designed to…

  • Lay foundational movement patterns,
  • Provide children with a portion of their prescribed exercise for the week
  • Engineer endless opportunities for success – in a fun & engaging environment!
  • Learn the points of performance of exercise movements
  • Ensure safe & efficient movement, now & for the future
  • Learn how to incorporate healthy eating for a lifetime of health
  • Hone perseverance, grit, work ethic, personal responsibility, accepting feedback, teamwork, etiquette

Class Times & Membership Info

  • CrossFit Youth classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:45-7:30pm, Saturdays 10:45-11:30am
  • Ages 8-14 years
  • Access to CFYouth track on SugarWOD
  • Standard covid policy as adults (vaccinated no masks, unvaccinated masks indoors)
  • Youth membership only – $120/month
  • Youth membership as add-on to Individual Unlimited – $80/month
  • Youth membership as add-on to Two-Person Household – $60/mo
  • Each additional youth membership – $60/mo
